You don’t need more sales. You need better buyers.
Get them by remembering 2 things:

(So make buying enjoyable) -
People hate being sold
(So don’t sell them)
Therefore:
- Losing brands run boring marketing to pushy sales
- Winning brands run enjoyable marketing to easy sales
Choose accordingly (it’s called Salesforce, not Forcesales, after all!)
