Life and games
Life has a lot in common with games:
What doesn’t kill you, gives you ‘experience points’.
Rushing to completion misses all the secrets.
There are many games to choose from.
You can change the game you’re playing.
Comparing your score to those playing other games is pointless.
Side-quests are fun, they add to the overall experience.
No one else really cares how well we play.
Cheating spoils the fun.
It being hard sometimes is the point.
