Here are 10 things you should know:
- Questions, proclamations or stats that lower buyer defences
- How they’d describe what you do in casual conversation
- What trust/proof/endorsement they really care about
- What they wish for, that isn’t yet reality
- What they don’t have, but want to have
- What they fear, in their current condition
- How they feel about that lack/fear
- What they can’t do because of that
- How they’d describe having the solution
- What they’d be free of if it was solved
When working on brand messaging, my list is >50 items long.
