The scarce resource

There are enough ideas. Everyone has them, some are better than others, most never see the light of day.

There is enough money. Revolutionary ideas can be funded with what amounts to a rounding error of the big players.

There are not enough people prepared to execute effectively. Sometimes it’s a skill gap, other times it’s a commitment gap.

When in doubt, invest in yourself and execute.

The other things have a habit of finding people who do.
